Roman (Dany Boon) is a medical consultant. He is over 40 years old and has no family or lover. He even has little experience in contact with women, just because he suffers from mysophobia and misogyny. Dimiter (Kad Merad) is Roman's only friend and a psychologist. He sees his friend's "condition" and is anxious about it. In order to allow Roman to live a normal life, Dimiter designed a whole set of "treatment plans" for Roman. However, this series of transformation plans not only failed to get Roman "back on track", but also caused a lot of jokes and troubles. One day, a beautiful girl named Anna (Alice Pol) appeared beside Roman. This may be Roman's only chance to get rid of being single. So, can our Roman hold it tightly?
