Alan (David Eigenberg), who works for the technology company KineTech, has devoted himself to developing a super-automatic robot, Spencer (voiced by Jae Head). Spencer can clearly perceive human emotions and gradually form his own personality. It was originally expected to be used for peaceful purposes, but KineTech's boss Nels Porter (Kim Coates) tried to turn it into a weapon of destruction with great destructive power. Alan, who strongly opposed it, was fired. He took advantage of the chaos to destroy the design data in the computer and fled with Spencer. In times of crisis, he ordered Spencer to escape alone. Unfortunately, Spencer, who was shot, accidentally met Hanrui (Bobby Coleman), a teenager who loves technology and small inventions. The two naughty and funny little guys met and started a memorable friendship. And the ambitious Porter has not given up tracking Spencer...
