This film is the fourth episode of the "Pink Panther" series starring Peter Sellers, and it is also one of the more entertaining ones. This time, the ingenious inspector Clouseau has to deal with his old boss Herb Lang, because Lang has gone crazy and threatened to destroy the world with a laser gun. For the benefit of all mankind, Clouseau has to kill his own brother and start a big duel with him. The whole film is full of funny jokes, which makes people happy from beginning to end. Director Blake has restored the level of filming the first episode, vividly and smoothly combining many interesting scenes, while avoiding nonsense in the plot and loose structure. The two male protagonists both performed brilliantly, with many hilarious rival scenes, and the female protagonist Leslie-Ann Down also played the role of a supporting role.
