Faced with the raging plague, the Mongolian soldiers who fought bravely on the battlefield kept falling down. He, who killed countless people, suddenly felt the approach of death. Like the emperors of all dynasties, he dreamed of the art of immortality. Changchun Zhenren Qiu Chuji (Zhao Youliang) is said to be 300 years old, understands life and death, and knows how to govern the country and the people. He lives deep in Kunyu Mountain in Wendeng. The emperors of Jin and Song sent people to invite him, but were rejected. Genghis Khan heard that he must meet him, and ordered Liu Zhonglu (Geng Le) to bring Qiu Chuji back from afar. Qiu Chuji calculated that he would never return from this trip, but in order to save the people of the world from the suffering of war, Qiu Chuji took a coffin and resolutely set off. And his beloved disciple Zhao Daoan (Yu Shaoqun) did not want his master to go to the Western Regions alone to suffer, and was willing to accompany him all the way. After going through life and death, the group finally arrived at Balu Bay to meet Genghis Khan.
