Comic book writer Ye Feng (played by Julian Cheung) and his friend Wu Yun (played by Eason Chan) are fighting for the world in the comic book industry. By chance, they both join Luo Xiaohu's Great Empire Publishing House. The comic book "Chinese Tyrants" created by the two friends is a big hit. Although they tasted the joy and excitement of success, they were kicked out by Luo Xiaohu after being used. So Ye Feng and Wu Yun decided to set up their own business and established Fengyun Publishing House. The comics "Swordsman" and "Young and Dangerous" jointly launched by them became popular in the comic book industry for a time, beating Luo Xiaohu's "Chinese Tyrants" to a pulp. Unexpectedly, the company's new female secretary A Meng (played by Ruby Lin) made Ye Feng and Wu Yun become rivals in love.
