In 1983, Manhattan, New York. Veteran soldier Hector Nylon (Laz Alonso) worked in a post office. One day he suddenly shot and killed a strange customer, and then the police found a sculpture of the goddess of peach blossom in his home. In the cold winter of 1944, in Tuscany, Italy. Four black soldiers from the 92nd Division of the United States, Aubrey Stamps (Derek Luke), Posip Cummins (Michael Ealy), Sam Trin (Omar Benson Miller) and Hector, in order to rescue an Italian boy Angelo, were unfortunately separated from the large force and surrounded in a local village called Santa Anna.
