An unnamed island located in tropical waters, where the blue sea meets the golden beach, the broken wreckage of the plane, accompanied by the wailing of the passengers who died, unveiled the prelude to a mysterious story. In 2004, Flight 815 crashed on the island on its way to its destination. Only Jack Sheppard (Matthew Fox), Kate Austin (Nicole Evangeline Lilly) and 48 others survived. After the initial panic, a group of people of different ages, occupations, countries, nationalities and backgrounds inevitably clashed and collided in this isolated, cramped and food-scarce space. At the same time, there seemed to be some unknown and threatening creatures hidden on the island, and their every move seemed to be monitored by a pair of wise but mysterious eyes.
