In Japan in the near future, humans are pursuing the development of material level blindly, while ignoring the importance of environmental protection. Every day, a large amount of industrial waste is generated and piled up in the suburbs of the city without being processed. Over time, the waste piled up into a mountain, turning into the chilling "Black Fuji". What's more serious is that Black Fuji has accumulated a large amount of toxic and harmful substances, and humans who are suffering from radiation and erosion eventually become bloodthirsty and inhumane zombies. The fate of mankind is at stake. At this critical moment, two people are completely out of it. The explosive head (played by Tadanobu Asano) and the bald man (played by Sho Aikawa) who work at a fire extinguisher factory in Edogawa District, Tokyo are two fighting enthusiasts who are not interested in work and are obsessed with judo research all day long. Their idleness annoyed the president Fujimoto (played by Keitaro Shiga), and Fujimoto was accidentally killed by the two during the dispute. The two buried the president's body on Mount Black Fuji, but Fujimoto turned into a zombie and resurrected again. As more zombies appeared, they finally realized the seriousness of the situation.
