In 1912, the Qing Dynasty fell in Guangzhou. Rong De (played by Lin Jiahua), a former martial arts champion of the Qing Dynasty, drifted to Guangzhou. When he was in trouble, he was fortunately rescued by Gu Jiancheng (played by Zheng Jiaying) and his wife Ouyang Huilan (played by Yang Yi). Unexpectedly, he led a wolf into the house.
