Although she has been married for five years, Mizugoshi Mayako (Chiaki Kuriyama) is still as beautiful as ever, blooming with passion. Her husband, Koichi (Goro Inagaki), is an office worker. The couple's life is carefree, but the temperature between them gradually drops to the freezing point. Koichi obeys his mother's words and is a typical MummyBaby. He is extremely clean and has rarely been intimate with his wife for a long time. They can meet, and Mayako's heart is naturally full of loneliness and dissatisfaction. One of her two friends ended her broken marriage and opened a store independently; the other has a happy family, but is keen on having a secret affair.
