Blonde Emol (Bijou Phillips) is a promising student at Larkspurg University in New Mexico City. After meeting engineer Frank (James Murray), the two were in love. Emol failed to prevent pregnancy. Seeing her belly getting bigger, she decided to suspend her studies and move to Frank's home to wait for childbirth. Just six months pregnant, Emol suddenly showed prenatal symptoms. After a tense cesarean section, she gave birth to a healthy and complete baby. However, with the birth of the baby, a tragedy occurred suddenly. All the medical staff who operated on Emol died, and the blood stained the entire operating room, but the murderer disappeared.
