The drama is produced by SBS TV in South Korea. It tells the story of a woman whose soul is detached from her body due to a car accident. She must find 3 tears that are shed sincerely for herself within 49 days in order to be resurrected. The protagonist of the story, Shin Ji-hyun (played by Nam Gyu-ri), is a wealthy lady who is ignorant of the world, optimistic and simple. She is immersed in happiness and is busy preparing for her wedding, but she encounters a sudden car accident. When she wakes up, she finds that her soul is separated from her body, and the dispatcher of the god of death (played by Ding Yiyu) tells her that she must find three drops of 100% "sincere" tears within 49 days to recover, but she cannot let others know her true identity. During the 49 days, she can move with the help of Song Yijing (played by Li Yaoyuan) during the day, and starts to work part-time while helping her friends. Han Jiang (played by Zhao Xianzai), as Ji-hyun's high school classmate, found that Song Yijing, who came to work in the store, had many similarities with Ji-hyun, and secretly helped her many times. When Ji Hyun goes to look for her fiancé Kang Min Ho (Bae Soo Bin), she discovers that he is having an affair with her good friend Shin In Jung (Seo Ji Ji) and is secretly plotting to take over her father's company. Time is running out, and although Ji Hyun's life is hanging by a thread, the three tears are still nowhere to be found...
