Description:During the Meiji period, Minamida Shouichi (played by Yanagi Yorei), a man who inherited his parents' inheritance, lived a life of ease and comfort. His wife Miyako (played by Miyaji Mao) was beautiful and graceful, with an extraordinary temperament. However, the relationship between the couple did not seem to be harmonious. Shouichi was infatuated with his wife and almost crazy; Miyako was afraid of her husband and wanted to escape. Soon thereafter, Miyako fell in love with Shouichi's friend, Kotoura (played by Oura Ryuuichi), who ran a dental clinic, and then an unethical relationship occurred. Feeling his wife's abnormal behavior, Shouichi decided to investigate, but was stopped by Kotoura. However, Kotoura invited Akechi Kogoro to investigate Miyako to deceive his eyes and ears. Kogoro's wife Fumiyo (played by Hoshino Mari) volunteered, but during the investigation, she found that this love triangle was sinking deeper and deeper into the quagmire of death...
