Before retiring, Bang Ham (Tommy Lee Jones) was a special forces training instructor. Several murders around the city have caused residents to panic. The female detective Abby (Connie Nielsen) in charge of the case found Bang Ham, who had long been away from the arena, hoping that he could help her solve the case.
