The wealthy Hong Feihu (played by Louis Koo) finds Wang Feng (played by Sammi Cheng), the head of the Emei Sect, because of a strange disease. She has no good feelings for Feihu's arrogant nature, so she uses all kinds of strange methods to treat Feihu.
