Martin (Robert Redford) is a computer genius. 20 years ago, he was wanted by the police for embezzling public funds by exploiting network loopholes. One day, an agent of the National Security Bureau found Martin, hoping that Martin could participate in an operation to steal the decoder invented by programming expert Gordon (Timothy Busfield)-the black box.
