Description:Since his parents divorced when he was a child, stage actor Taku Toyama has had little contact with his father. One day, he suddenly learned that his father suffered from cognitive impairment, and his current wife, the fuse that abandoned his wife and children, was missing. The father and son suddenly had more time to spend together, and the gaps that had existed for many years finally had a chance to be filled. However, his father's memory began to become fragmented and increasingly disconnected from reality; the more the son tried to understand his father, the more he found that the filled gap seemed to be just the beginning of another gap. If the person who tied the bell has lost his memory of the bell, can the bell still be untied? Director Kei Chikaura, who has made his mark at international film festivals, and photographer Yu Yamazaki, who has shot for Hirokazu Koreeda many times, have teamed up to bring this new work. The entire film was shot on 35mm film with a strong style. Veteran actor Tatsuya Fuji also won the Spanish San Sebastian Award for his superb acting skills.
