The story is set in modern Japan, where the government has established the National Hanzo Academy to train good ninjas to fight against the evil ninjas hired by politicians and big companies. The protagonists are five gorgeous (big breasts) female ninjas from the National Hanzo Academy who are not dressed like ninjas: Asuka, Ikaruga, Katsuragi, Yagyu, and Hibari. Their nemesis is the evil ninja group headed by Homura from the secret Snake Girls Academy: Homura, Eita, Hikage, Mirai, and Haruka.
