In the dead of night, Selly (Violenzia Jeanette), Jack (Ricky Harun), and Tando (Zidni Adam), three young men and women who love excitement, are driving motorcycles on the road. Suddenly, Selly's motorcycle loses control, and she falls to the ground, seriously injured and unconscious. Jack and Tando rush her to the hospital. At the same time, a girl from Japan, Sachiko (Sora Aoi), is preparing to go out for a trip with a local tour guide, but she accidentally clamps the tour guide's hand with the car door. The two people, who don't speak the same language, rush to the hospital in a panic. Not long after, the two groups of people meet in this somewhat gloomy hospital. Indistinctly, a woman with long hair but unclear face is constantly lingering around Sachiko and others. For these unlucky young people, a terrifying and hilarious night is slowly beginning...
