Patch (voiced by Bobby Lockwood) and his family and friends came to the bustling metropolis of London. Everything here made Patch feel very novel. Unknowingly, Patch was separated from his family and was soon submerged in the endless flow of cars and people. In London, Patch, who was alone, met a dog named Thunder (Barry Bostwick), which made Patch very happy, because Thunder was a star dog who often appeared on TV and was popular all over the world. The two dogs soon became friends and walked together. After the failure of the last time, the greedy and evil Cruella (Susan Blakely) did not give up her conspiracy. This time, she teamed up with an artist named Russ (Martin Short) to try to make art works with the skin of the Dalmatian.
