In the prosperous metropolis of New York, the Bigfoot Gang led by the evil leader Shredder is doing evil in the city. Security company owner Eric Sachs (William Fichtner) launched the latest security system and vowed to maintain peace in the city. Channel 6 female reporter April O'Neill (Megan Fox) accidentally photographed the Bigfoot Gang being defeated by four mysterious knights. When she encountered an extraordinary incident for the second time, she was surprised to find that the four knights were actually mutated Brazilian turtles: Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello. The name of the Ninja Turtles evoked April's childhood memories, when her father and Sachs were partners in biological mutation experiments. She told Sachs the news, but after meeting the Ninja Turtles and their teacher Splinter, she discovered that Sachs and Shredder were the source of evil in the city...
