Agent Stratton (Dominic Cooper)'s colleague Marty (Tyler Hoechlin) was killed in a mission. Stratton learned that a former Soviet agent Barovsky (Thomas Kretschmann) who had defected had a batch of extremely dangerous biological weapons. Now, he was trying to use these biological weapons to realize his revenge plan. In order to stop Barovsky's conspiracy, Stratton came to Rome. Hank (Austin Stowell) is Marty's best friend and a member of the action team. Hatred clouded his mind. His mistakes caused the entire action plan to fail, and Barovsky escaped from under their noses. The group had to return to London again and re-plan. There was not much time left for them.
