The girl Xinying (played by Xie Xinying) lives with her mother in Cijin, Kaohsiung, and works as a clerk in a welfare store on the passenger ship traveling between Kaohsiung and Kinmen. Xinying's life is as peaceful and tranquil as other residents. The only difference is that she always dreams of a boy shouting at her, but she can't hear what he is shouting or see his face clearly. Xinying always thinks it is her deceased father. However, one day, she met a boy serving in the military, Acong (played by Zhang Shuhao) on the ferry. Acong claimed that he was her future lover, and at this moment they were in a dream that could change each other's destiny. Xinying thought this was ridiculous, but a series of events that happened one after another made her gradually believe the boy's words. As the love in the dream gradually became clear, the fate in the dark slowly approached them like a ferry... This film is one of the "Kaohsiung City Image" series of films and was shortlisted for the Berlin Film Festival Young Directors Forum unit.
