The film tells a three-part horror story set in a world driven mad by a strange signal frequency: on New Year's Eve in the city of Temenas, any form of communication is hampered by an inscrutable, mysterious signal that robs everyone in the city of fear and despair, driving half of the population mad with an irresistible desire to kill, and the other half into a state of dire fear because of the fear of being hunted at any time. The streets are littered with corpses, and this city once famous for its harmony has suddenly become a state of complete chaos. The camera quickly focuses on Ben, a very rebellious young man who must rescue the woman he loves from an insane asylum, as well as her crazy, abusive husband. But Ben can only do this on his own because he can't discover the nature of the "signal", so he can't trust anyone and must force himself not to succumb to the call of violence.
