The story takes place in the picturesque Beilang Bay, where Sharon (Chrissie Chau) and Rachel (Fu Ying) were born and raised. With the gift of sunshine and beach, beach volleyball has become their biggest hobby. By chance, Sharon met a man named Tim (Him Law), the son of a local tycoon who planned to acquire Beilang Bay and develop it into a tourist resort, which caused dissatisfaction among the villagers. In the end, both sides decided to use beach volleyball to decide the outcome. In this way, Sharon and Rachel began strict training, while the tycoon sent Natalie and Natasha, and the two teams were equally strong.
